Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation of less than 24 hours can be rescheduled with no fees
• Cancellation of less that 24 hours with no rescheduling will have a $20 fee applied
• No shows will be charged 50% of the total service

Telehealth MD Consultation

• MD Good Faith Exam is a requirement for all services
• There is a $25 fee for the Good Faith Exam
• This is required every 6 months

Mobile Services

• Mobile Services can be provided in a home, office, business
• Space must be safe, clean and easily assessable
